I usually have moderate acne on my shoulders/back/chest area and lately it just seems to be getting worse. Does anyone know of anything that'll help without a perscription or what they've tried that works? Any home remedies or store products. Its just getting annoying especially since its summer.

the main ingredient (?) in most acne products is benzoyl peroxide.
use 10% benzoyl peroxide to get rid of it, it works OVERNIGHT! but your skin may become dry using lotion usually helps with that...
safeway has the cheapest, if you get the generic brand.
