If this is a problem for you then I would get it done. It will not feel the best and it will be red for a few days if they are deep but if you go to a dermatologist and get it taking care of you will feel better and better every-time you look in the mirror. You will have to keep up a regiment but when you see how good you look that won't be a problem. Ask if there is any inexpensive over the counter products you can use after they get it under control.
